Shipping Policy
1. Introduction
1.1 These Warranty Terms apply exclusively to products purchased for personal, household, or domestic use. They do not apply to products purchased for commercial purposes.
1.2 Grill King Outdoor BBQ Kitchens warrants its branded products and selected components, as detailed in the table below, against manufacturing defects for the periods specified (Warranty Period). Initial service calls within the first two years from delivery are included; subsequent calls may incur charges. Conditions may vary for regional customers.
1.3 Grill King Outdoor BBQ Kitchens reserves the right to amend these Warranty Terms with 30 days’ notice. Any changes will not affect the terms of the Warranty in effect at the time of your purchase.
1.4 Each Warranty is specific to the product or component as described in the table below. Exclusions listed in this document and the table apply.

3. What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?
3.1 This Warranty does not cover:
- Products purchased for commercial use.
- Exclusions listed for specific products or components.
- Products delivered or transported outside of Australia.
- Products not purchased directly from Grill King or with altered/removed product tags.
- Fabrics and leathers supplied by external suppliers.
- Normal wear and tear, color variations, or damage from non-genuine parts.
- Costs associated with invalid warranty claims (e.g., freight, call-out fees).
- Products or components damaged by misuse, lack of maintenance, or improper handling.
3.2 This Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, with products delivered and remaining in Australia. It cannot be transferred to subsequent purchasers.
4. How to Lodge a Warranty Claim
4.1 Notify Grill King Outdoor BBQ Kitchens Customer Service of any defect within 14 days of occurrence via:

Provide:
- Your name
- Order delivery address
- Phone number
- Product details
- Details of the defect
4.2 Upon notification, Grill King will determine the validity of the claim and may request:
- Photographic evidence

4.3 You must promptly respond to diagnostic questions and procedures. Grill King reserves the right to determine defect cause and validity.
5. How a Valid Warranty Claim Will Be Honored
5.1 Valid claims will be honored as follows:
- Replace the product or supply an equivalent.
- Repair the product.
- Refund or pay for a replacement.
- Pay for repairs.
5.2 For recliner electronics and motion components, Grill King may:
- Replace or supply equivalent components.
- Repair the component.
- Refund or pay for a replacement or repair.
5.3 Replaced components may vary in color and texture and are not considered defective.
5.4 Warranty covers only the defective component.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Except as provided by law, all other warranties, implied or otherwise, are excluded. Grill King is not liable for:
- Expenses incurred by the claimant or third parties.
- Losses related to profit, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
- Special, indirect, or consequential damages.
7. Limitations on Disclaimer
7.1 Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses or damages.
7.2 This Warranty provides additional rights beyond those available under consumer law. If any part of this Warranty is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
